Q: How much does a custom battery tray cost?

A: Custom Trays cost $199.99 which includes FREE UPS shipping to your door. We design it, and you approve the drawing before payment is required. If you are outside the USA please call us for a shipping quote.


Q: How long does it take to get my Custom Tray?

A: Once a design is approved the tray ships within 5 business days. The total time from when you first call us to the time you get your tray is between 1 and 2 weeks depending on how long shipping takes to get to you.


Q: I want a custom tray, how do I get started?

A: Just give us a call at 877-201-9771 or send us an email to sales[at]OptimaTrays.com to get started. We will draw up the tray in our CAD software and email you a picture of the virtual tray. Once you like the design of the tray, payment is required at that time so we can get started manufacturing it. There are 4 standard sides to choose from for your custom tray.
